Priorities...

I have a laptop for work which I am required to bring home every night. Last night, I had more than a few things to unload from the car and gave half a thought to just leaving the laptop in the car. Then I realized I couldn't... Why? Well, because I keep my training plan in my laptop bag and I couldn't risk it being stolen. True story. Yeah, not that I really would want anything to happen to the laptop but my real priority clearly was not losing my training plan. LOL.

As I was leaving the gym this morning I saw a car in the parking lot with 2 stickers on the windshield. The first sticker was this:

Directly below it was this one:

Whether it be a marathon or an ironman, I think we all can relate to that one, no?

That is totally something I would do. Who cares about the work laptop, but the training plan, hell yes. I was just looking thru all of the 140.6 related stuff for sale on Cafe Press website and besides all of those cool stickers like the one's you posted, I found an awesome T-shirt to buy my husband. It read, 140.6 miles till I get my wife back.

Ha...YES. In fact, I just said that about half the distance! After this weekend, I have an even greater appreciation for how much work and training and effort goes into these races.

And I LOVE that shirt KC found!

Haha. I would probably have had the same mindset, don't feel bad. That sticker is priceless. My dad reminds me of that everytime I sign up for another marathon :)

I think that is what everyone says when they finish a race, but we always come back for more :)

I'd say you have your priorities in the right order :)...The training plan is important!

Love the stickers - once upon a time after my first half marathon I said I'd never do a full marathon...well, that didn't last too long - yep, we can all relate.
