I lifted this photo from Mari's Facebook page. As we know, if it weren't for others there would be very few photos on this blog. (what is my issue with taking pictures????). We were grinding it out indoors - it was actually supposed to snow yesterday after having been 60 the day before. Craziness. Looking forward to March when we take it all outdoors again. I love the benefits of the trainer rides but my self diagnosed ADHD needs something to look at other than the walls! LOOK - a butterfly! :)
I came home and made an awesome pork tenderloin and even a pizza baked on a cauliflower crust! No, the crust won't fool you as it isn't crispy like you would expect BUT the toppings sort of cover that up. I got the recipe via friends who are also following a no sugar, no grains way of eating. It really is a decent substitute - would make it again for sure...

I keep seeing cauliflower crust pizzas. One of these days I'm going to actually try it.
I've never done a real group trainer ride, but I've done a virtual one where we commiserated over fb/twitter. The company definitely helps.
No creative name ideas, sorry.
I think we're going to have to try the pizza. I love cauliflower so maybe it wouldn't be too bad. Doesn't get crispy though huh?
I'm waiting patiently for the warm weather too. How soon does it come???
We love cauliflower mash instead of mashed taters....eat it all the time. Actually have to buy 3 hole cauliflowers b/c my 15yr old son will eat it ALL by himself!!! I'm going to try this crust...sounds very interesting indeed!
I definitely need to try this cauliflower pizza crust out. I usually watch something on amazon instant video (currently 24 season one) to pass time on the trainer
